April Favourites

April 2016 Monthly Favourites Makeup Revlon Yves Rocher Soap And Glory MUA Real Techniques Belle-Amie UK Beauty Fashion Lifestyle Blog

So I'm back today with another monthly favourites post! This month has flown by but I'm excited for it to start getting into the Summer months and being able to wear sandals and finally go bare legged - might even try and brave it this week! This month I've been loving a couple new beauty products plus I've fallen back in love with a few old ones so I thought I would share these makeup loves with you.

Revlon Colorstay Foundation for Normal/ Dry Skin in Buff | LINK
I have a new foundation favourite this month which is the classic Revlon Colorstay foundation. I've wanted to try this product for quite some time, but I was always under the impression it was a real heavy duty foundation with a matte finish. This month I thought I would finally give it a go and I was really surprised how lovely this foundation actually is! I picked up the version for dry/ normal skin which has a satin finish and I love how it looks and feels on the skin. It's definitely a medium coverage but is easily buildable and makes the skin look flawless yet still natural. This is a new staple in my makeup collection and glad I finally picked it up!

Yves Rocher Fixing Eyelid Primer* | LINK | Review
This month I've started to use my Yves Rocher eye primer again to help my eye shadows stay put all day. This is a really nice product, it helps conceal discolouration on the eyes as it's slightly tinted and keeps your eye shadow looking great all day long. It's nothing revolutionary but I've enjoyed using it this month and does the job well.

Soap & Glory Sexy Mother Pucker Lipstick in Naked Talent | LINK | Review
This is quite a new lipstick to my collection but since picking it up a couple weeks a go I've used it pretty much everyday! Naked Talent is such a gorgeous nude shade that's really easy to wear and looks lovely with any makeup look. I love the texture and formula of these lipsticks as they're really moisturising and smooth.

MUA Undress Your Skin Highlighter | LINK | Review
I've re-kindled my love this month with the MUA Undress Your Skin Highlighter. This is a really gorgeous natural looking highlighter that gives a lovely glow to the skin. I believe there are some different shades of this highlighter available now so I'm definitely going to have a look at them! I've been applying it with my Real Techniques Setting Brush that I picked up this month. This is a great multi-purpose brush that's designed for setting powders but is also great for highlighting and contouring.

Thank you for reading today! I hope you all had a lovely weekend and are looking forward to the beautiful weather ahead - fingers crossed it is going to be as warm as they say! I would love to hear about any beauty, fashion or hair favourites you've had this month in the comments below.

March Favourites

March 2016 Spring Favourites Vera Wang Bare Minerals Makeup Revolution Bourjois Daniel Sandler Belle Amie UK Beauty Fashion Lifestyle Blog

Yet another month has come and gone so it's time to share with you what products I've been enjoying in March. I've really enjoyed this month, I love that the weather's started to get warmer, I loved spending Easter weekend with my family and having a relaxing couple weeks off work! As we've been slowly creeping into Spring, I have been using more products that help give me a healthy glow and a fresh-faced look. I love creating these kinds of makeup looks so quite a few of those products have found themselves in my monthly favourites!

March 2016 Spring Favourites Vera Wang Princess Perfume Bare Minerals Bare Skin Foundation Makeup Revolution Bourjois Daniel Sandler Belle Amie UK Beauty Fashion Lifestyle Blog

Vera Wang Princess Eau de Toilette | LINK
As we go into the Spring I like to swap up my perfume to something sweeter and fresh. The one I've been reaching for most days is Vera Wang's Princess, known for being a sweet girly scent that's perfect for this time of year! This has been a staple perfume in my collection for many years now and it's always one I repurchase over and over again. This fruity, floral perfume is really lovely and I always seem to get compliments when I wear it!

BareMinerals Bare Skin Pure Brightening Serum Foundation in '03 Bare Linen' | LINK
A few weeks ago I picked up a little sample of this foundation and since then I've been using it nearly everyday. I love the lightweight consistency and that it really doesn't feel like I'm wearing any makeup at all! I decided to go for it and purchase a full size bottle rather than the Bare Skin kit that I featured in my latest wishlist post as I love how this foundation looks with my Expert Face brush and Stila powder, so thought it was worth saving a bit of money. I think this will be a great foundation for Summer as it's brightening, has SPF 20 and is super light on the skin.

March 2016 Spring Favourites Vera Wang Bare Minerals Makeup Revolution Focus Fix Eye Brow Kit Bourjois Daniel Sandler Belle Amie UK Beauty Fashion Lifestyle Blog

Makeup Revolution Focus & Fix Eyebrow Kit in 'Medium Dark' | LINK | Review
I've really been enjoying the Focus & Fix Eyebrow Kit from Makeup Revolution and it's taken a firm spot in my everyday makeup routine. This is a great product to create fuller, natural looking eyebrows that last all day. It's also much cheaper than many brow products on the high street and I think it's completely worth trying out if you're looking for a new brow product!

March 2016 Spring Favourites Vera Wang Bare Minerals Makeup Revolution Bourjois Happy Light Luminous Serum Primer Daniel Sandler Brow Groomer Belle Amie UK Beauty Fashion Lifestyle Blog

Danial Sandler Brow Groomer Brush | LINK
For years now I've been using those small disposable mascara wands to brush out my brows, but after a few weeks they just end up breaking. I thought I would pick up something more durable whilst placing an order with Escentual and decided to try the one from Daniel Sandler. This little comb is super light weight and has sturdy bristles that work really well at combing and neatening up my brows!

Bourjois Happy Light Luminous Serum Primer | LINK
One of my final favourites from this month is the Bourjois Happy Light primer. I love products that illuminate my skin and I've found this has been nice addition to my routine that helps achieves this. I think it works better if you actually mix the product into your foundation rather than applying it to your skin, as this gives you more of a glow. I will be reviewing this very soon, so keep an eye out if you want to know more!

So these are a selection of products I've been loving recently! I hope you enjoyed today's post and I would love to hear what beauty products you've been using this month.

August Favourite's

August-2015-Favourites-Beauty-Hair-Makeup-Perfume-Belle-Amie-UK-Beauty-Fashion-Lifestyle-Blog

So another month has come and gone and it's time to share with you what products I have been enjoying this month! I honestly can't believe how fast this year is going. As much as I love the Summer, I'm starting to look forward to the Autumn and Winter time - cosy nights in, the excuse to have hot chocolates every night, over sized jumpers - can't wait! I've also accepted the fact Summer's almost over by buying myself a new coat today, definitely a moment that marks the coming of Winter!

Whilst I've been on my blogging break I have stumbled across a few new beauty favourites that have now become my daily essentials. Most of these products are new this month but a couple have been firm favourites for a while now, but I thought I'd still include them! I've got a nice mixture of makeup, hair and new perfume in this post so do keep reading if you'd like to hear about my favourites this month!

VO5 Give Me Texture Effortless Wave Creation Foam | LINK
Since cutting my hair short in June I've been on the hunt for products that enhance my natural curls and help keep them in place all day. I've picked up a couple of curling products from VO5 but the Wave Creation Foam was the one I reached for most. This is a lightweight foam that you scrunch into your hair to create natural looking waves and curls. As well as holding my natural curls in place the product also smells gorgeous and contains heat defence so if I want to quickly blow dry my hair with a diffuser, I don't have to worry about weighing my hair down with another product!

Soap & Glory Sexy Mother Pucker Gloss Stick | LINK
These lovely little gloss sticks are a real beauty gem and have definitely been the lip products I've been reaching for the most! At only £3.50 a pop, these gloss sticks offer a boost of colour to the lips and leave them feeling soft and smooth. I was very surprised by Pink Punch's super bright pink colour pay off - it pretty much passes as a proper lipstick! The other two, Pinkaboo and Technicoral both offer a beautiful subtle hint of colour that's perfect for everyday wear. I'll be doing a review of these lip crayons soon so if you want to read more, then keep an eye out!

Maybelline Brow Drama in Dark Brown | LINK
I'm always on the hunt for products to make my brows look better and when I read about Brow Drama by Maybelline I was excited to give it a try. It's kind of like a tinted mascara for your brows as it offers both a hint of colour and helps hold your brows in place. This is a great product to use by itself for a natural look or over your brow pencil to help keep the hairs in place. Definitely give this a try as it's become a real staple for me!

Marc Jacobs Daisy Dream Perfume | LINK
My final favourite is my newest perfume to my collection that I actually received for my birthday this month! I love fresh floral scents for the Summer and Marc Jacobs Daisy Dream is such a lovely fragrance if that's your kind of thing! I'm not a huge fan of the original Daisy but I think the oriental notes in this perfume make it a winner for me - plus the bottle is too cute to pass up!

So these are some of the products I've been loving this month! I hope you've enjoyed today's post and I would love to hear what products you've been loving this month in the comments below!

Hello everyone, I hope you're all having a lovely start to your bank holiday weekend! I can't believe it's that time again where I share with you all what products I've been using in the past month. This year is going far too quick for my liking - however I am looking forward to the warmer weather! This month I've been loving a range of products, some new and some old, so I thought I would talk about them with you all today!

The Body Shop Vitamin E Overnight Serum Oil | LINK
I honestly can't get over my love for facial oils. They feel so luxurious on the skin and always leave my face looking and feeling amazing! I've been trying The Body Shop's Vitamin E facial oil every night for over a month now and I've really been loving the results. My skin always feels so soft and plump the morning after using the oil and feels like such a treat for my skin. I'd highly recommend anyone with any skin type to try this oil as it's great for hydrating and replenishing the skin.

Now that it's finally Spring I've been reaching for my cream blushers more than my powder ones so that I can achieve that dewy fresh glow. I haven't got round to picking up some new releases but I've definitely rekindled my love for some old favourites. When I've fancied more of a pink/ red toned blusher I've been applying my Benefit Fine One One which gives a lovely amount of colour plus an added highlighting touch. On other days when I like to go for more of an orange toned blush I'll either apply Bourjois' "Healthy Glow" or Topshop's "Head Over Heels" as these give a beautiful coral flush to the cheeks. If you've picked up any new cream blushers recently then do let me know in the comments, I'd love to try some new ones this Summer!

Schwarzkopf Got2B Mind Blowing Xpress Dry Styling Spray | LINK
I'll be honest and say I'm rather lazy when it comes to my hair. My idea of making an effort is simply curling it or putting it into a fish tail braid! When I heard about the new Got2B Mind Blowing spray which is designed to speed up the blow drying process, I headed straight to my local Boots - anything that gets me that extra 5 minutes in bed is a winner with me! I've definitely noticed a difference in how quickly my hair dries with this plus with the added benefits of heat protection and conditioning (as well as a lovely apple like scent!) this has now become a staple for me.

MUA Undress Your Skin High Lighter | LINK
This is another old favourite which I have started using again. As I've been loving creating dewy looking skin this month, I've also been reaching for more highlighting products. I love the natural finish that the MUA Undress Your Skin Highlighter gives and I just seem to be reaching for it on a daily basis to highlight my cheek bones, brow bone and nose! I've also found that the Real Techniques Domed Shadow Brush is a really nice size to apply this as it's small and fluffy.

So this is everything I've loved using in March! There seems to be a lot of old favourites making their way back into my makeup routine plus a couple of new staples! Let me know your thoughts on the products that I've been loving recently.

February Favourite's

February-Favourites-Soap-Glory-Garnier-Body-Shop-OPI-Belle-Amie-UK-Beauty-Fashion-Lifestyle-Blog

Once again we've entered a new month in 2015 - seriously, where is this month going? It's flying by already! Even though February is a short month, I've seemed to have found some new beauty favourites that I have really been loving. This month I have found some new hair and body care staples that I've really been enjoying. If you want to hear about why I love this little collection of products, then do keep on reading!

February-Favourites-Soap-Glory-Garnier-Body-Shop-OPI-Belle-Amie-UK-Beauty-Fashion-Lifestyle-Blog

Garnier Ultimate Blends Shampoo, Conditioner & Treatment | LINK
A few months ago I was torn between buying 2 different shampoo and conditioner sets; the L'Oreal Elvive Smooth Intense Anti-Frizz and the Garnier Ultimate Blends The Nourishing Repairer. I opted for the L'Oreal one as I was really suffering with frizzy hair at this point, however I was unimpressed with it as it left my hair feeling dry and dull. So I went back last month and picked up the Ultimate Blends range and I couldn't be more happier with them! These products leave my naturally dry hair feeling really soft, sleek and totally nourished. Plus the scent of this range is amazing and smells good enough to eat. I'm planning on doing an updated hair care routine soon so I'll go into more depth about each product in that post.

Soap & Glory Whipped Clean Shower Butter | LINK
I have to be honest and say I'm really bad at applying body lotion after my shower. I'd much rather have that extra 10 minutes in bed than standing around waiting for my body butter to sink in. So instead I've started to use Soap & Glory's Whipped Clean which is an in-shower body butter that you apply to your skin and then you rinse it off after. It literally takes about 2 minutes and you don't have to worry about waiting for it to sink in and having that tacky feel to your skin. Whipped Clean just leaves my skin feeling super soft and smelling gorgeous - with macadamia oil, cocoa and shea butter it's absolutely divine!

The Body Shop Deep Sleep Mist | LINK
I've always been a light sleeper but up until a month ago I'd been getting some really bad night's sleep. I would literally toss and turn not being able to get comfy which results in me getting extremely frustrated and having a really rubbish night's sleep. After reading some reviews of The Body Shop Deep Sleep Dreamy Body Mist, I thought it was worth a shot trying it to help me get relaxed before bed. The scent is quite strong but once diffused into the air it creates a really nice calming atmosphere to the room. I usually spray this about 20 minutes before I go to bed to let the scent settle and I can honestly say this has dramatically improved my quality of sleep! It helps me drift off easier by calming and relaxing me before bed. This is now a staple on my bed side table and I will definitely keep repurchasing it in the future.

O.P.I Mini Nail Envy | LINK
In the Winter months I find it really hard to grow my nails as they get really dry and brittle. However I've started to reach for my little bottle of OPI Nail Envy a lot more often and have been using it a couple times a week. So far I've noticed that my nails are a lot stronger and aren't as easy to break. What I also like about Nail Envy is how quick it dries. If I'm about to head out the door but want to add a bit of shine to my nails this is what I'll reach for as it literally dries in seconds! I know this is a blogger staple, but I do really recommend trying this nail treatment!

So these are the products that I really have been enjoying this month! If you're on the hunt for any new products to try then I'd definitely recommend give these a try.

January Favourite's

january-Beauty-Makeup-Hair-Skin-Care-Favourites-Belle-Amie-UK-Beauty-Fashion-Lifestyle-Blog

Hello everyone, I hope you're well! Today I thought I would do a monthly favourite's post as I don't think I've done one of these in a very long time - even before my long break! January is one of my favourite months to read "monthly favourites" posts because everyone has tried and tested all of their goodies they received at Christmas time or in the sales! Over the past few weeks I have been trying lots of new products, but only a certain few have made it into my January favourite's!

Benefit Cheeky Sweet Spot | LINK
Benefit do some of the best blushers in my opinion, so I was really excited to receive the Cheeky Sweet Spot blusher tin for Christmas! It contains 5 of Benefit's blushers and their infamous bronzer in Hoola. I've constantly been reaching for this palette when I do my makeup in the mornings as it has every shade of blusher that I could ever want! My favourites have been the Rockateur which is a gorgeous rose gold shade and Sugarbomb which has 4 different shades that you can swirl together to give a healthy glow to the cheeks! All of these blushers are long lasting and look beautiful on the skin. I know this product is now out of stock, but I would definitely recommend trying any of the blushers in full size!

Superdrug Vitamin E Leave On Moisture Mask | LINK
Being someone with very dry and sensitive skin, a good hydrating and moisturising mask is essential in my skin care routine. After being a fan of the Superdrug Vitamin E skin care line for quite some time, I decided to try out their new leave on moisture mask. What I love about this is that you can apply it to freshly cleansed skin for 5 to 10 minutes and once it's done you simply massage the excess into your skin! It's pretty much like using a super rich moisturiser that doesn't leave your skin feeling greasy or heavy. This is the perfect mask for anyone who's quite lazy with their skincare as you can just simply rub it in after using it, plus at £2.99 it's an absolute bargain!

Soap & Glory Super Colour Fabu Lipstick in "The Missing Pink" | Review | LINK
The lipstick range from Soap & Glory is pretty much my absolute favourite from the high street. Their gorgeous hydrating formula, easy to wear colours and yummy vanilla scent make them lovely to wear on a day to day basis! My favourite shade from the range and one that I've been wearing non-stop in January is "The Missing Pink" which is a beautiful light natural pink that looks beautiful with every makeup look. I highly recommend these products so definitely give them a swatch on your next Boots outing!

Toni & Guy Prep Leave In Conditioner | LINK
Having naturally dry hair means that I have to include lots of extra conditioning products to my routine to keep it healthy and soft. I heard some good reviews on the Toni & Guy Leave In Conditioner for frizzy hair and thought it would be great to use after washing to give my hair that needed moisture boost - plus having naturally curly hair means it's so prone to frizziness and I thought this would be perfect to tame that! I've been using this after every hair wash and I have definitely noticed a great improvement to how sleek my hair looks. It's much more manageable and feels a lot healthier!

Urban Decay Naked On The Run Palette | Review | LINK
My final favourite has to be the gorgeous new Urban Decay Naked On The Run palette. I've been using most of the products from this palette pretty much everyday and has always made its way into my weekend travel bag when I stay at my boyfriend's! I love that it contains everything you need to create a gorgeous makeup look so all I need to remember to pack is foundation and this! I've loved using all of the eye shadows and the eye liner and mascara are also really lovely! I haven't tried the blusher and bronzer as much as I thought I would, but I think these will work better in the summer months when I have more of a tan!

So these are a selection of products that I have really been loving this month! I would love to hear whether you've tried any of these products as well and if you like them too. Let me know your January favourite's in the comments below - I'm always on the hunt to try some new fabulous products!

Makeup of the day using everything from my March favourite's!
Hello lovelies! Today I thought I would share with you a few of the beauty products that I've been loving over the past month or so. I didn't actually make a February favourite's post purely because there wasn't any new makeup items that I had been really loving. Over the past month I've been able to try some new products and luckily I have been really enjoying some of them! Once again there does seem to be a bit of a Soap & Glory theme going on in this post, I guess I've just become a really big fan of their products!

Soap & Glory Sexy Mother Pucker Gloss Stick in Fuchsia-Ristic | LINK
I featured this gloss stick in the shade Nudist in my January favourite's and because I loved it so much, I decided to try out some more shades. The shade that really caught my eye was Fuchsia-Ristic as it looked so bright and fun in the tube! Once applied, it leaves a really pretty wash of pink to the lips that's perfect for both day and night (if you want a more subtle lip colour). I adore the formula of these gloss sticks, they're super moisturising and smell amazing! Definitely a lip product everyone needs in their makeup bag.

Benefit Bag Gal Lash Mascara | LINK
I'm probably a good few years behind on loving this mascara but I received this as a Christmas present and finally started to try it out this month. Recently my Thick & Fast mascara just doesn't seem to work for my lashes, so I decided to give this very similar looking mascara a go! Benefit's Bad Gal Lash is amazing for adding lots of volume and length whilst keeping your lashes looking completely natural and clump free! I know the hype is now behind their They're Real! mascara (which I personally never got along with) but I think the Bag Gal Lash is so much better!

Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation in 100 Ivory | LINK
You may have seen my "battle of the Rimmel foundations" post a couple weeks ago and read that I've really been enjoying the Match Perfection foundation! I find this product is great for a light to medium coverage that looks completely natural. During the warmer months I much prefer a lighter base as it still lets your skin breathe in the hot weather! This foundation is also a really good match for my skin tone (hence the name!) and I find that it just makes my skin look so much nicer overall.

Soap & Glory Feel Good Factor Translucent BB Cream* | LINK
I've been using the Feel Good Factor translucent BB cream as a primer for a few weeks now and I've found that my skin feels so much softer and moisturised compared to when I was using the Urban Decay Beauty Balm. I like to apply this right after moisturising in the morning, but you can actually use the Feel Good Factor alone as a your moisturiser as well as being your primer and sun protector - a great multi-purpose product! This will definitely be a staple product in my Summer makeup routine!

Soap & Glory Archery in Brownie Points | LINK
My final favourite from March is yet another Soap & Glory product! The Archery brow tint and pencil is perfect for creating natural and defined looking brows in an instant! The brow tint easily fills in any sparse areas and helps my brows look fuller, whilst the pencil end is great for evening out the tint and defining the brows even more. For £10 this is definitely the most I've spent on a brow product as it's easy to use a simple matte eye shadow instead. But I personally think my brows look so much better than what they used to so this is an amazing product in my books!

I hope that you have enjoyed today's post and that you've discovered some new amazing makeup product to add to your collection! I would love to hear what products you've been loving recently, I'm always up for trying new things!

Hello everyone, I hope you're all well. I cannot believe how quick 2014 is going already and that we're already in February! For the first post of this month I thought I would do my January Favourite's which will be about the beauty products I have been loving over the past month. As this was the month after Christmas, I did have quite a few new products to try out so I narrowed it down to just a few of my main favourites from January. I have been noticing that every month I seem to be loving one brand in particular, and this month I've definitely stuck to that theme. So for my January Favourite's say hello to Soap & Glory overload!

E.L.F Studio Matte Lip Colour in Rich Red | LINK
So one of the first products I've been loving in January is a lip product from ELF and this is the Studio Matte Lip Colour in Rich Red. This is one of the first products by ELF that I have ever tried (I also go the shade Tea Rose but I found that made my lips look dead!) and so far I am really impressed. This has been my go to red lip colour for the past month and I absolutely love the shade, formula and how long it lasts on my lips, especially when I wear it out for a meal! These lip colours are really inexpensive yet work so well and last ages. I'll definitely be picking up some more of these!

Soap & Glory Sexy Mother Pucker Gloss Stick in Nudist | LINK
Next up is another lip product and this is Soap & Glory's Sexy Mother Pucker Gloss Stick in Nudist. This is a gorgeous nude/ pink that is great for wearing during the day. It's that "your lips but better and glossier" shade so is perfect to pair with a really natural makeup look or on a night out with a more smoky eye! One of the main things about these gloss sticks that I love is the scent, it's gorgeous! Every time I apply this lip product I have to give it a good sniff because it's that nice. The formula is also amazingly smooth and leaves your lips feeling really soft!

Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant* | LINK
In January I did swap up my skin care routine a little and started to try out a new exfoliator and cleanser. The exfoliator I have been using is the infamous Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant and I for one absolutely love it! For me and my dry skin, an exfoliator is essential in my skin care routine, but most of the ones I have tried are very harsh and rough. Daily Microfoliant is a finely milled powder that you mix with water to produce a smooth yet effective exfoliator that's gentle enough to use every day! I've found my skin looks and feel so much better after using this in January and I really don't want this little pot to run out! I will be doing a full review on the Daily Microfoliant soon (plus some other Dermalogica goodies!) so keep an eye out on my blog if you want to read more about it!

Soap & Glory Peaches & Clean Cleanser | LINK
For my new cleanser, I have started to use the Soap & Glory Peaches & Clean deep purifying cleanser again. This is now my second bottle of this cleanser and I've found it's really good at keeping away any major blemishes as well as keeping my skin soft and thoroughly cleansed. I was quite worried to try this on my sensitive skin as I've heard some people have had some nasty experiences with it. But for me it's worked wonders and I would highly recommend anyone to give this cleanser a go, especially as it's currently on offer in Boots!

Soap & Glory Smoulder Kohl Eye Liners | LINK
My last favourite from January are a few makeup items that I picked up in the sales after Christmas. I had wanted to try Soap & Glory's eye liners for a while now and when I ran out of pencil eye liners I thought it would be good to pick up the Crazy Sexy Kohl Eye Liner set in the Boxing Day sales. Out of the set I have been using 3 of the liners on a regular basis: Cocoa Bean, Superblack and Grapevine. The black and brown are perfect for an everyday eye look as they last all day and create a natural definition to the eye. I've also been loving adding Grapevine, which is a gorgeous metallic purple shade, to my lash line as this looks amazing against brown eyes! I absolutely love the formula of these liners and as they are waterproof, they stay put all day! I highly recommend these if you're on the look out for a new eye liner.

So these are a selection of products that I've been really enjoying throughout January! I hope you enjoyed this post and I would love to hear about what beauty products or fashion items you've been loving recently! Thank you for reading and I'll speak to you soon.

Hello everyone, I hope you're all having a lovely week. So as it has come to the end of December, and 2013 for that matter, I thought that I would share what products I have been enjoying throughout the last month of the year. To be honest, I hadn't tried many new products in this month as I was completely focused on buying for other people that I kind of forgot to pick up some new beauty products to try! I do think that my January favourite's will definitely be a bigger and better post for you all to read as even after just 1 week I'm already loving so many new things.
But saying all that, there have been quite a few products from December that I've been loving so I'll get straight into talking about them!

ESPA Optimal Skin ProSerum | LINK | Review
I feel like I never include any skin care products in my favourites post, but there has been a new addition to my routine that I have been loving. After trying and reviewing a sample of the ESPA Optimal Skin ProSerum, I was lucky enough to win a full size bottle! For over a month now I have been using this serum religiously every night before bed and I've noticed my skin is looking so much better than it used to. As it's packed with vitamins, anti-oxidants and other essential oils, this luxurious oil helps leave your skin looking and feeling amazing! If you're in the market for a high end skin care product that will improve the overall appearance of your skin, then I would highly recommend this.

Benefit Ultra Plush Lip Glosses | LINK
In December, I was lucky enough to have a Benefit Countdown To Love advent calendar to open and share with my little sister. Over the month I accumulated a mini collection of the Ultra Plush lip glosses and ever since then these were pretty much the only lip products I used in December! I did actually feature the Coralista shade in my last favourites post so my new 2 favourites are Dandelion and Sugarbomb. Dandelion is a beautiful light shimmery pink and Sugarbomb is a more brown toned shimmery pink. I never thought I would love a range of lip glosses so much, especially as I've been exposed to some really horrible formulas, but the Benefit Ultra Plush's are seriously amazing!

Benefit Coralista Blusher | LINK
So like I said, as I did have a Benefit calendar in December I have found some new products that I've fallen in love with! My next favourite of December is the Coralista blusher which (like many beauty products) has been on my wish list for ages. This is a beautiful light shimmery coral blusher that helps add colour, warmth and a healthy glow to my cheeks. For me, this is an amazing 3 in 1 cheek product that I've been wearing both during the day and in the evening - I think it's such a versatile shade. I absolutely adore this blush and I can't wait to buy the full size of it!

Benefit Hoola Bronzer | LINK
This is the last Benefit mini, I swear! Hoola bronzer is such a famous product here in the blogging world and I'm so glad I finally got to try it in December. I've been applying this with my Real Techniques Contour brush and it creates a really natural warmth to my skin. Paired with the Coralista blusher it helps makes my skin really glowy and look healthier! Again I would love to buy the full size of this as I think it's one of the nicest bronzers I have ever tried. It's not orange or pink toned so it looks really natural even on my pale skin.

Soap & Glory Supercat Felt Tip Liquid Liner in "Carbon Black Extreme" | LINK
After reading lots of good things about the Soap & Glory Supercat liquid liner, I thought I would try it out when my Eyeko Skinny Mini liner ran out. At first, I wasn't too sure if I was keen on the Supercat liner as the felt tip was much thicker than I would have liked it to have been. However, after playing around and experimenting with the Supercat I have found that I can achieve a thin, opaque black line on my upper lash line. As well as this I also find it lasts all day long with no smudging or fading. This is a really great eye liner and at just £6, it's amazing value for money too!

Lush Candy Mountain Bubble Bar
My last favourite of December was one of the Christmas edition bubble bars from Lush. Candy Mountain is a really pretty swirly pink and white mountain shape bar that you hold under running water to create bubbles! I believe it has notes of vanilla in it, so once in the bath, it creates lots of bubbles that smell amazing! I actually have a mini stash of Candy Mountain bubble bars as I love it so much. If you're lucky enough to find one of these in the Lush sales, then do grab 1 (well, as many as you can!) as they really do make gorgeous bubble baths.

So these are some of the products that I've been loving in December. I would love to hear what beauty, fashion or even skin care products you've been loving recently so do leave me a comment below! Thank you for reading today's post!

Hello everyone, I hope you're all doing well. It feels like ages since I last published a post on my blog - it's like everything happens at once around Christmas time and I end up being so busy all the time! I also thought I would mention that today my blog is 1 and a half years old. I really can't believe how quick it goes! I can still remember creating my blog and taking the photos for my very first post as if it was yesterday! I'm really grateful for everyone who has ever followed me, commented or simply "liked" my posts on Bloglovin' - all of it means so much to me, so I just want to say a big thank you to you all! I wouldn't still be blogging if it wasn't for all of your support!

Today's post is going to be about my favourite beauty products from November. I usually post these right at the beginning of the month, but I've literally had no time to photograph and write recently. I also blame rubbish Winter lighting meaning there's only a couple of hours in the day you can get half-decent photos. Note to self: I must remember to invest in some kind of lighting system!

Tresemme Deep Cleansing Shampoo | LINK
So my first favourite from November is a new shampoo that I've added to my hair care routine (this has completely changed since my Ombre Hair Care Routine I posted almost a year ago, so if you would like an updated hair care post then do let me know!). I've been on the hunt for a clarifying shampoo for ages, but never really knew which brand to try out. I was in Superdrug a few weeks ago and spotted that a lot of Tresemme products were half price, including this Deep Cleansing shampoo - just what I needed! I thought for £2.50 I may as well give it a try, especially as it contains a massive 900ml of product! I use this shampoo around once a week and I find that it really does remove any traces of oil or grease that may be left in your hair leaving it looking and smelling really clean. As my hair is quite fine and curly, it does tend to make my shorter "baby hairs" go a little frizzy so I would suggest also picking up a deep conditioner to help combat this. Which leads me on to my next favourite...

Tresemme Restructuring Deep Conditioning Treatment Masque | LINK
At the same time as buying the Deep Cleansing shampoo, I also picked up this Deep Conditioning Treatment Masque as I knew the shampoo would be a little drying as it removes excess oils from your hair. I absolutely love this treatment masque and I find it really helps nourish my hair back to normal after using the shampoo. I believe this was also £2.50 when I bought it and you get 500ml of product - such a bargain! When I use this masque my hair is always left really soft and smooth so I would highly recommend you trying this out and adding it to your hair care routine!

Benefit Ultra Plush Lip Gloss in "Coralista" | LINK
Last month you could pick up a choice of 3 Benefit lip glosses with every Elle magazine. I only managed to find Coralista despite looking everywhere for Dandelion as well! I've never tried Benefit lip glosses before as I've never been a huge lip gloss fan, but I am so glad I picked up this one as it's probably the nicest lip gloss I've ever tried! The Benefit Ultra Plush lip glosses have a beautifully smooth formula that isn't sticky at all. They also smell amazing and leave your lips feeling incredibly soft. Coralista is a sheer coral shade that would be amazing for the Summer time, but I also think it's still very wearable in the Winter as it's so sheer. I absolutely love these glosses and will definitely consider picking up the full size versions soon!

Bourjois Color Boost Lip Crayon in "Plum Russian" | LINK | Review
Another favourite of mine is Bourjois's Color Boost Lip Crayon in "Plum Russian". This is a perfect lip product for day and night and I find it's so easy to wear. As it's quite a deep berry/ plum shade, it's great for this time of the year when you want to add a hint of autumnal colour to your lips. I won't go into loads of detail about these lip crayons as I have recently reviewed them, so click HERE to read the post!

Dolce & Gabbana The One Perfume* | LINK | Review
My final favourite of November is a perfume that I've pretty much worn everyday for the past couple weeks! Dolce & Gabbana's The One perfume is a perfect "every occasion" kind of scent that really works well in the Winter time. It's a very warm, sophisticated yet sweet scent that I think anyone could wear. Again, I recently talked about this perfume in a Gift Guide For Her post which you can read HERE!

So these are all of the products that I've been loving recently. For once I have a nice mixture of hair, makeup and perfume which I hope is useful for some of you! I hope you enjoyed this post and that you have found some new products that you would like to try out. Please leave your links to your November Favourite's posts below so I can come and have a little read - I love finding new products to try!

October 2013 Favourites Beauty Products NYX Desert Rose Blusher Soap And Glory Pom Pom Barry M Red Wine Belle-amie UK Beauty Fashion Lifestyle Blog
October 2013 Favourites Hair Products Herbal Essences Bee Strong VO5 Pump It Up Belle-amie UK Beauty Fashion Lifestyle Blog

Hey everyone, I hope you all had a lovely Halloween and are now looking forward to the weekend. I seriously cannot believe it's November already and I'm writing my October favourite's post - where is this year going?! Over the past month I've been enjoying a few new products which are mainly beauty and hair care related. I love swapping up my makeup in the Autumn as it means I get to wear more berry and burgundy shades. I've definitely been using my fair share of these colours so I thought I would show you a few of my top favourites I've been using on a regular basis. I've also swapped up my hair care routine a little so I will be talking about some new amazing products I've been using!

NYX Pressed Powder Blusher in "Desert Rose" | LINK
My first October favourite is a new blush that I picked up a couple weeks ago. This is NYX's Pressed Powder Blusher in "Desert Rose" which is a gorgeous burgundy/ deep pink shade. It's a perfect blusher for giving your cheeks a rosy glow in the colder months. One things that's really impressed me about this blusher, apart from the colour, is the formula! It's so pigmented that you literally need to tap your brush on to the product to give enough colour for both cheeks. Now I am quite pale skinned and I like to wear my blushers quite light, so I personally only need to use a small amount of product. I can tell this blusher is going to last me ages and I can't wait to pick up some more shades!

Soap & Glory Super-Colour Fabulipstick in "Pom Pom" | LINK | SWATCH
Another one of my favourite products from the last month is a lipstick that you may have seen crop up in my Autumn & Winter Lipsticks post. This is Soap & Glory's matte lipstick "Pom Pom" which is a really pretty deep pink shade which a matte finish. I love this lipstick as it lasts all day (or night - it's the perfect every occasion lipstick) and it doesn't dry out my lips! This is my first every Soap & Glory lipstick and after trying "Pom Pom" I'm really tempted to pick up a few more!

Barry M Nail Paint in "Red Wine" | LINK
Now I think I speak for everyone when I saw that deep red nail varnishes are pretty much the perfect shade for the Autumn time. I was rummaging through my nail polish box a few weeks ago and I came across this Barry M Nail Paint in "Red Wine". I remember buying this ages ago but never properly tried it out - until this month! This is the perfect wine coloured nail polish with a gorgeous glossy finish. In just 2 coats you have opaque and beautiful looking nails that last really well. I highly recommend this shade for Autumn and Winter as it's such a pretty shade!

Herbal Essences Bee Strong Shampoo & Conditioner | LINK
Recently my hair has been feeling so dry and tangled, so I decided to swap my shampoo and conditioner for the Herbal Essences Bee Strong ones which are designed for damaged hair. The smell of this shampoo and conditioner is so lovely as it contains honey and apricot extracts! After just 1 wash my hair felt so much better and looked a lot smoother. After using these two products for nearly a month, my hair is in a lot better condition so I will definitely continue to use these! I am thinking of getting my hair cut quite short again though just so I can really get rid of the damaged ends. It will be quite sad to part with my long hair, but I think that my hair needs to start over and be healthy again!

VO5 Plump It Up Dry Backcombing Spray | LINK
My final favourite of the month is the VO5 Plump It Up Backcombing Spray which also seems to double up as a dry shampoo! As my hair is quite long, it can lack volume at the roots so I thought this would be a perfect product to help with my problem. After spraying this to the roots of my hair, I can definitely see a noticeable difference in the volume, plus it helps banish any excess oils that I may have -  a perfect 2 in 1 product! It also keeps the volume for most of the day which is great considering I only paid £2 for this!

So these are a few of the products that I've been really loving over the past month! I hope you enjoyed this post and hopefully found some new products you want to try. If you've written an October Favourite's post then please leave the link below so I can come and have a read!
