Miss Selfridge Haul

Miss-Selfridge-Haul-Gold-Triangle-Daisy-Necklace-Belle-amie-UK-Beauty-Fashion-Lifestyle-Blog

Hello everyone! Right now as I'm typing the weather outside is super gloomy and rainy, so I thought it would be a perfect excuse to snuggle up on the sofa and write a little blog post! I've recently placed a few orders with Miss Selfridge so I thought I would put together a small fashion haul for you all. Miss Selfridge is definitely one of my favourite clothes shops on the high street as I always find their clothes fit really well and are great value for money. Obviously it's a bit more pricey than your Primark or New Look but they always have discount codes and offers floating around which do help out!

I like to buy my fashion staples from Miss Selfridge, things that will last me a long time and that I know I'll get tonnes of wear out of. So this haul does contain a few Autumn fashion basics that will definitely last me right through Autumn and Winter!

Gold Triangle Necklace | £4.00 | LINK

Starting with jewellery I've recently picked up some gorgeous pieces from Miss Selfridge's new (ish) cheaper range. These pieces come on brown cardboard packaging and are so lovely, plus they're much cheaper than their normal Diva range - win win! The first piece I picked up was this dainty little gold triangle necklace that I thought would look amazing when you want to wear something more discreet. My favourite way to wear this is with a shirt and jumper and wearing it just under the collar. It looks really pretty and for £4 it was definitely well worth picking up!

Gold Flower Cutout Collar | £8.00 | LINK

The other necklace I picked up is more of a statement necklace and I literally couldn't leave it behind! This beautiful daisy necklace is really simple yet would easily dress up a simple outfit. I love pairing this with plain jumpers and dresses to give them an instant glam look! Again I couldn't get over the price of just £8 - these are prices I'd happily pay in the sale! Definitely can't wait to pick up some more pieces from this range.

Blue Checked Shirt | £30.00 | LINK

Checked shirts are everywhere at the moment and I decided to pick up this lovely blue, white and red patterned one with pearl poppers. I'm not a huge fan of the red checked shirts as they feel very "lumber jack" looking to me haha! So I've been on the hunt for a nice blue coloured one and was very happy to stumble across this one. I think these look so cute worn undone with a simple plain top on underneath paired with jeans and boots - the perfect Autumn outfit! The material is really lovely plus I find it fits really well both worn undone and buttoned up.

Miss-Selfridge-Haul-Light-Blue-Pea-Coat-Belle-Amie-UK-Beauty-Fashion-Lifestyle-Blog
Pale Blue Faux Fur Collar Button Coat | £69.00 | LINK

I remember seeing these coats last year and thought they were so cute and classy! During the Autumn/ Winter I always tend to stick with my parkas but when it comes to going to a nice event or out for a meal, I always feel a bit frumpy wearing one! So when an email came through saying these coats were half price I thought I would snap one up straight away! I think this coat will be perfect for going out as it's definitely quite dressy and not something I would wear on a day to day basis. The fur around the collar is so soft and the baby blue colour is really pretty and will help make this a coat that's perfect right through to Spring! These coats do seem to come up a bit big but as I'll be living in jumpers and wearing lots of layers in the cold months, it's probably for the best so that it actually fits!

Miss-Selfrdige-Haul-Black-Sleeveless-Duster-Jacket-Belle-Amie-UK-Beauty-Fashion-Lifestyle-Blog
Black Sleeveless Duster Jacket | £28.00 | LINK

The final piece in my haul is this simple black sleeveless duster jacket that's great for layering up over t-shirts. I'm a bit late to this whole duster jacket business but I always found that ones I tried on came up super long and made my legs look really stumpy! This duster jacket however is a really flattering length plus is made from a thicker material so will (sort of) help keep you warm during the Autumn. I think these paired with long sleeve tops looks really nice and with a statement necklace they're great day to night outfits!

So that's everything I've picked up from Miss Selfridge over the past few weeks! I absolutely love everything I've bought and can't wait to start wearing it all over Autumn and Winter!

Thanks for reading!

March Favourite's

March-2015-Favourites-Body-Shop-Benefit-Bourjois-Topshop-Got-2-Be-MUA-Belle-Amie-UK-Beauty-Fashion-Lifestyle-Blog

Hello everyone, I hope you're all having a lovely start to your bank holiday weekend! I can't believe it's that time again where I share with you all what products I've been using in the past month. This year is going far too quick for my liking - however I am looking forward to the warmer weather! This month I've been loving a range of products, some new and some old, so I thought I would talk about them with you all today!

The Body Shop Vitamin E Overnight Serum Oil | LINK
I honestly can't get over my love for facial oils. They feel so luxurious on the skin and always leave my face looking and feeling amazing! I've been trying The Body Shop's Vitamin E facial oil every night for over a month now and I've really been loving the results. My skin always feels so soft and plump the morning after using the oil and feels like such a treat for my skin. I'd highly recommend anyone with any skin type to try this oil as it's great for hydrating and replenishing the skin.

Now that it's finally Spring I've been reaching for my cream blushers more than my powder ones so that I can achieve that dewy fresh glow. I haven't got round to picking up some new releases but I've definitely rekindled my love for some old favourites. When I've fancied more of a pink/ red toned blusher I've been applying my Benefit Fine One One which gives a lovely amount of colour plus an added highlighting touch. On other days when I like to go for more of an orange toned blush I'll either apply Bourjois' "Healthy Glow" or Topshop's "Head Over Heels" as these give a beautiful coral flush to the cheeks. If you've picked up any new cream blushers recently then do let me know in the comments, I'd love to try some new ones this Summer!

Schwarzkopf Got2B Mind Blowing Xpress Dry Styling Spray | LINK
I'll be honest and say I'm rather lazy when it comes to my hair. My idea of making an effort is simply curling it or putting it into a fish tail braid! When I heard about the new Got2B Mind Blowing spray which is designed to speed up the blow drying process, I headed straight to my local Boots - anything that gets me that extra 5 minutes in bed is a winner with me! I've definitely noticed a difference in how quickly my hair dries with this plus with the added benefits of heat protection and conditioning (as well as a lovely apple like scent!) this has now become a staple for me.

MUA Undress Your Skin High Lighter | LINK
This is another old favourite which I have started using again. As I've been loving creating dewy looking skin this month, I've also been reaching for more highlighting products. I love the natural finish that the MUA Undress Your Skin Highlighter gives and I just seem to be reaching for it on a daily basis to highlight my cheek bones, brow bone and nose! I've also found that the Real Techniques Domed Shadow Brush is a really nice size to apply this as it's small and fluffy.

So this is everything I've loved using in March! There seems to be a lot of old favourites making their way back into my makeup routine plus a couple of new staples! Let me know your thoughts on the products that I've been loving recently.

Fashion Haul | Primark, Miss Selfridge & More

Primark-Miss-Selfrdige-Fashion-Clothes-Shoes-Haul-2015-Dorothy-Perkins-Oasis-Belle-Amie-UK-Beauty-Fashion-Lifestyle-Blog

As we're now going into the Summer months, the shops are now starting their mid-season sales and of course (being a massive shopaholic) I can't resist a good bargain! With the added factor that I have finally booked 2 holidays for the Summer to Menorca and Lanzarote, I felt like I had a good reason to splurge a bit on some new clothes. A lot of these pieces I had actually had my eye on for quite a while, so I was pleasantly surprised to find them in the sale for such a good price! I've also needed to update my Spring/ Summer footwear for quite some time now and I've managed to find some really lovely shoes that will last me right through the season!

Fashion-Haul-Primark-Miss-Selfridge-Dog-Tooth-Top-Belle-Amie-UK-Beauty-Fashion-Lifestyle-Blog

Miss Selfridge Dog Tooth Top | £7.00 | LINK
This little crop top (and the matching skirt below) was one of the main pieces that I very nearly bought a couple weeks ago - good job I waited as I was able to find them in the sale in my local House of Fraser! I'm a big fan of monochrome clothes as they're so easy to wear and go with almost anything. I think this top will be great for the upcoming months as it's lightweight, super soft and can be made to look Summery if you pair it with a bright necklace or some cute denim shorts.

Miss Selfridge Dog Tooth Mini Skirt | £10.00 | LINK
As they also had the matching skirt left in my size, I thought I may as well pick up the co-ords set in this pattern as they look really cute worn together and separately are both staple pieces to have in your wardrobe. Again this is made from a lovely soft material and to make it Summery I would definitely pair it with a bright coloured crop top and some pretty sandals.

Miss Selfridge Cut Out Crop Top | £25.00
I'm always looking out for simple tops that can be worn with anything. I spotted this cute little white crop top in Miss Selfridge and thought it would be perfect to pair with skirts, shorts, patterned trousers - you name it! I really liked the cut out detail across the bottom and the added white gems make it really Summery and cute. It also comes in black (which I'm really tempted to get) so this top is a great staple for any wardrobe!

Miss Selfridge Black Geo Print Mini Skirt | £15.00 | LINK
Again this is another skirt I've had my eye on and was very happy to finally see it in the sale in my size! I find this style of mini skirt from Miss Selfridge comes up really big so I do recommend you trying it on before purchasing. These skirts are really easy to wear as they're flattering and super comfy. They're also great to dress up for a meal out with friends or just to wear during the day when out shopping!

Oasis Puppy Tooth Shorts | £8.00 | LINK
More dog tooth print - what can I say, I'm just too obsessed with black and white prints! These little tailored shorts are a great all year round piece as they look great with thick tights in the Winter and also just with a coloured camisole top when it's warmer!

Fashion-Haul-Primark-Miss-Selfridge-Burgundy-Textured-Skater-Skirt-Belle-Amie-UK-Beauty-Fashion-Lifestyle-Blog

Primark Burgundy Textured Skater Skirt | £1.00
I love finding amazing bargains in the Primark sales and this cute skater skirt for just £1? How could I pass it up! This skirt is made from a thick textured material so would probably suit more in the cooler months, but as the weather is never guaranteed in England, I'm sure I'll get plenty of wear out of this before Summer starts! This skirt looks great with little white tops or shirts tucked in and some black ankle boots. A great versatile piece that was an absolute bargain!

Dorothy Perkins Scallop Edge Flat Pumps in Aqua & Nude | £12.00 each | LINK
I've been after some simple flats for such a long time and was really happy to find these little beauties in Dorothy Perkins! The scallop edges were an instant winner with me and because I couldn't decide whether to get the aqua or nude colour, I got both! I thought that the tan flats will go with pretty much everything and the aqua ones will add a lovely pop of colour to an outfit. These flats are comfy to wear all day, but definitely need some wearing in as they've given me some nasty blisters on my heels - ouch!

Primark Nude Flower Sandals | £6.00
Primark have some amazing sandals in at the moment, and with my 2 holidays coming up I thought I would start early and pick up a few pairs. The first ones I spotted were these super cute nude material floral sandals that have rose gold and sparkly details in the middle of each flower! These sandals will go with any outfit as they're a simple nude colour and will help complete any girly look.

Primark Rose Gold Strap Sandals | £6.00
I can definitely say these sandals will be a firm blogger favourite this Summer. Rose gold, sparkles? Who could possibly say no to that! Again as they are a simple nude colour these sandals will go with everything and I really can't wait to wear them! I like that these have that added strap across the foot as I'm always worried my sandals are going to flip off when I'm walking! These are absolutely gorgeous and definitely recommend you picking up a pair when you're next in Primark!

Fashion-Haul-Primark-Miss-Selfridge-Tan-Laser-Cut-Sandals-Belle-Amie-UK-Beauty-Fashion-Lifestyle-Blog

Primark Tan Laser Cut Sandals | £4.00
The last shoes in my fashion haul are a simple pair of tan cut out sandals that cost a mere £4! I always go for sparkly sandals and thought I should get a simple pair that I can wear on a day to day basis. What's also great is that these sandals are ridiculously comfy as the faux leather is really soft and hugs the foot really well. Just be careful about tan line with these, unless you like the mosaic effect haha!

I hope you enjoyed today's fashion haul! The high street shops seem to have some great pieces out at the moment, whether it's in their sales or new lines, so definitely take a look. If you've written a fashion post recently I would love a read so leave your links below! Thanks for reading!

Bold Spring Lips | Sexy Mother Pucker Lip Lacquers

Soap And Glory Sexy Mother Pucker Lip Lacquers What Cha Ma Coral Charm Offensive Bold Spring Lips Review Belle Amie UK Beauty Fashion Lifestyle Blog
Soap & Glory Sexy Mother Pucker Lip Lacquers | £7.00 each | LINK

Now that we're coming up to Spring, it's finally time to swap up my makeup and bring back some brighter lip colours into my makeup routine. After falling in love with the Soap & Glory Sexy Mother Pucker Lip Lacquer in Riot (a gorgeous bright red - see my review here) I decided to pick up some more shades that would be perfect for the Spring and Summer months. Lip lacquers are the perfect in between of a lipstick and gloss, so they're great to create an effortless bold lip.

Soap And Glory Sexy Mother Pucker Lip Lacquers What Cha Ma Coral Charm Offensive Bold Spring Lips Review Belle Amie UK Beauty Fashion Lifestyle Blog

Soap & Glory only have a small selection of lip lacquers, yet all of which I would buy in a heart beat as they offer some beautiful shades. The main shade at the top of my "to buy" list was Whatchama-Coral  which is a beautiful bright coral shade that's going to be perfect for going into the Spring and Summer. Knowing me, I love a good coral lip colour so this was a must have to get for my makeup collection. The other shade I have that's great for this time of year is Charm Offensive which is a pink toned nude that's really wearable and makes a lovely everyday lip colour.

What I love about these lip lacquers is that they offer a rich pigmentation of colour and a glossy finish but don't make your lips feel sticky or uncomfortable! Some lip lacquers I've tried in the past I literally have to take off minutes later because they feel horrible on the lips! The Sexy Mother Puckers are the complete opposite and actually give your lips a nourishing feel as well as offering the opaque lip colour. I can find that when you pull the wand out of the tube it may come across as "gloopy", but once applied this disappears and they glide on beautifully. If you wanted more of a matte finish (or just to tone down the colour) you can just pat on a small amount of the product with your finger and it leaves a matte stain effect that's also really pretty.

With the easy to use wand, these lip lacquers are quick and simple to apply and I find the applicator is the perfect size to fit into the corners of your lips. The wand also applies the product evenly and I've never had an issue with these lacquers applying in patches - I'm always able to achieve an opaque finish in seconds!

Soap And Glory Sexy Mother Pucker Lip Lacquers What Cha Ma Coral Charm Offensive Bold Spring Lips Swatch Review Belle Amie UK Beauty Fashion Lifestyle Blog

As you can see from the swatches, these lip lacquers really are pigmented and give you loads of colour to create that perfect bold Spring lip! I find the wear time of these lacquers is amazing, even after eating or drinking I can still see a strong hint of colour coming through which will easily last me 4 to 6 hours. Even if the main bulk of product has come off your lips after a few hours, the stain of the lacquer will still last so your lips will have a tint of colour all day long.

One last thing I love about the Sexy Mother Pucker Lip Lacquers is the smell! I love how Soap & Glory scent their lip products with a lovely vanilla fragrance which is subtle yet delicious at the same time! This vanilla scent always makes me think of MAC lipsticks and instantly makes me feel that the Soap & Glory lip product I'm wearing is much more expensive than it was!

So these will definitely be some of the lip lacquers that I will be reaching for over the Spring time to create an effortless bold lip. I highly recommend these lip products as I find these work really well and that Soap & Glory offer some lovely shades that are perfect for every season.

Dry & Sensitive Skin Care Routine

Dry-Senstive-Skin-Care-Routine-2015-Belle-Amie-UK-Beauty-Fashion-Lifestyle-Blog

To me, a skin care routine is extremely important and I for one stick to mine religiously. In my early teens I suffered with really problematic skin, so I decided one day that I would develop my own routine and stick to it. Over the years I have definitely seen an improvement in my skin overall and I very rarely get blemishes. The main thing with skin care is to obviously find the right products that suit your skin type and stick to them! If you're constantly swapping up and using different products, your skin won't react to them properly and it'll have no lasting effect.

I have sensitive skin that is prone to dryness - my jaw and eyes seem to be the worst affected! So I have to find products that pack my skin full of hydration yet at the same time are gentle and soothing to calm the sensitivity. I'm really happy with how my skin care routine is at the moment as I've found some real gems that work really well for me. An added bonus is that everything I use can easily be found on the high street, so value wise I think they're all amazing!

St Ives Apricot Scrub for Sensitive Skin | LINK
As I have dry skin, exfoliating is a key step in my skin care routine as it helps buff away my problem areas and helps keep my skin feeling soft and looking radiant. My favourite facial scrub is the St Ives Apricot Scrub for sensitive skin and despite it being quite a rough facial scrub, I actually find my skin looks its best if I use this on a daily basis. I like to use this in the shower before cleansing so that it can really help make my skin feel soft and smooth.

Soap & Glory Peaches & Clean Cleanser | LINK
Now this cleanser seems to get a lot of mixed reviews, but I for one absolutely love it and use it both morning and night to cleanse my skin. The Peaches & Clean cleanser by Soap & Glory is packed with anti-oxidants and vitamins so whilst it gently cleanses away makeup and impurities, it also helps treat my skin and leaves it looking and feeling amazing. I love this cleanser so much and I can honestly say it's helped clear up my skin and definitely keeps any new blemishes at bay.

Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water | Review | LINK
For makeup removal I always turn to the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water (applied on to a large cotton pad) as this is brilliant for gently removing any kind of makeup - including waterproof mascara! I love how refreshing this feels on the skin and how quickly it takes my makeup off without leaving any residue on the skin. This also works really well as a toner and sometimes I apply this to a small cotton pad and wipe it across my face before I apply my moisturisers in the morning.

Dry-Senstive-Skin-Care-Routine-2015-Superdrug-Vitamin-E-Day-Night-Eye-Cream-The-Body-Shop-Overnight-Serum-Oil-Belle-Amie-UK-Beauty-Fashion-Lifestyle-Blog

Superdrug Vitamin E Moisturising Day Cream
Whatever your skin type, a daily moisturiser is absolutely essential to have in your skin care routine as they help control oil production and aid your skin's moisture levels. Every morning after cleansing I like to apply a fair amount of the Superdrug Vitamin E Day Cream to leave my skin feeling super soft and nourished. The day cream also contains SPF 15 which is great to help protect my skin from the sun's rays. The Superdrug Vitamin E range is (obviously) high in Vitamin E, anti-oxidants and contains horse-chestnut oil extracts which leaves your skin feeling amazing!

Superdrug Vitamin E Nourishing Night Cream
This is just the night version of the Vitamin E day cream and I like to use this every night before going to bed. The night cream has all the same benefits as the day cream (minus the SPF protection) so helps keep your skin feeling nourished whilst you sleep. One main thing I love about these Vitamin E creams is that their smell is really rich and lovely. Despite these creams feeling thick and luxurious, they both sink into the skin instantly and leave it feeling moisturised and hydrated!

Superdrug Vitamin E Nourishing Eye Cream
To complete the set, I also use the Superdrug Vitamin E Nourishing Eye Cream both day and night. As I've said, my eyes seem to be prone to dryness so an eye cream has been an essential part of my skin care routine for years! This is the best eye cream I've used so far as it's light yet is so nourishing on my eyes. It's really gentle too so I've never found it to irritate my eyes, so this will be great for people with sensitive eyes too. You only need a small amount of this cream so this little tube actually lasts quite a long time despite its size.

The Body Shop Vitamin E Overnight Serum Oil | LINK
Facial oils are actually a fairly new addition to my skin care routine, probably in the last year and a half or so. I was originally using the ESPA Optimal Pro Serum, but when I ran out a few months ago I went on the hunt for one that was less expensive yet still did an amazing job. I've recently fallen in love with The Body Shop's Vitamin E Overnight Serum Oil and I use this every night after cleansing my skin. I find 3 drops is the perfect amount to press into my skin and over night, the oil helps leave my skin feeling nourished and looking glowy and radiant in the morning.

Witch Naturally Clear Blemish Stick | LINK
Even though I have dry skin, I do still suffer with the odd break out. So when I do I always reach for my trusty Witch Blemish Stick that contains witch hazel which is an anti-septic treatment that helps dry out spots and blemishes. I'm sure many of you do use this blemish treatment as it works so well and is super cheap!

Freederm Fast Track Treatment | LINK
If I have any pesky spots that won't budge with my Witch Stick, then I'll apply a small amount of the Freederm Fast Track Treatment gel. This just helps reduce blemishes and their redness in a gentle way without over drying the area.

Superdrug Vitamin E Leave-On Moisture Mask | LINK
As I'm a firm believer in pampering your skin, I like to have a range of face masks in my stash to use a couple times a week. One of the newest additions to my skin care routine is the Superdrug Vitamin E Leave-On Moisture Mask which is from the same range as my moisturisers. This is a fairly new release yet is one that I'm already completely obsessed with! Like the moisturisers this mask is packed with Vitamin E and anti-oxidants so leaves your skin feeling really soft. What I love about this mask is that you apply it like a thick moisturiser, leave it on for 10 minutes and then simply massage the excess into your skin - simple, no messing around with removing it!

Superdrug Own Sachet Face Masks | LINK
These face masks are amazing (I think I'm a bit obsessed with Superdrug skin care!) and are so lovely to use! Sachet face masks are fun to use with your friends and it's nice to experiment with different ingredients and formulas. My absolute favourite ones are the Manuka Honey Peel-Off Mask and the Cooling Cucumber one (not photographed) as they are both amazing for sensitive skin and leave my skin looking and feeling amazing!

Quick Fix Facials Calming Clay Mask | Review | LINK
If my skin starts to flare up and feels really sensitive, this is when I use the Quick Fix Facials Calming Clay Mask as it's brilliant at reducing redness and inflammation. It also leaves my skin feeling soft and is just an all round great face mask for people with sensitive skin!

I hope you enjoyed my updated skin care routine! If you're curious and fancy reading what products I used to use a few years ago, then check out this post here. I hope that if you're looking for any new products to include in your skin care routine this post has helped you. I'd recommend everything in this post if you suffer with dry/ sensitive skin like me as together they reduce redness and help nourish my skin!

Perfume Collection

My-Perfume-Body-Mist-Collection-2015-Dolce-Gabbana-Lolita-Lempicka-Hugo-Boss-Marc-Jacobs-Yves-Saint-Laurent-YSL-Zoella-Vera-Wang-Soap-And-Glory-Belle-Amie-UK-Beauty-Fashion-Lifestyle-Blog

For me, no outfit is complete without a little spritz of my favourite perfume just before heading out the door. It helps complete my look and I could go far enough to say I feel slightly naked without wearing any! Over the years I have grown a small collection of perfumes and body mists that I like to use on a daily basis. I'm someone who like both a sweet girly fragrance for daytime wear and a more sophisticated, deeper scent for the evenings.

My-Perfume-Body-Mist-Collection-2015-Dolce-Gabbana-Lolita-Lempicka-Hugo-Boss-Marc-Jacobs-Yves-Saint-Laurent-YSL-Zoella-Vera-Wang-Soap-And-Glory-Belle-Amie-UK-Beauty-Fashion-Lifestyle-Blog

This is what I would class as my everyday perfume as it has that perfect mixture of a sweet fruity scent with deeper tones of vanilla and ambery-musk that I really like. It has an amazing wear time as well and I always get compliments on my perfume whenever I wear it! I got through my 30ml bottle pretty quickly and I'm now on to a bigger 50ml bottle, so this perfume is a definite winner in my books.

This perfume reminds me of the first time I went to France with my boyfriend just over 5 years ago. I had popped into Sephora to buy any eyeshadow (my first ever high end purchase!) and received a little sample of this perfume. I loved it so much and luckily found it in my local Asda for around £10 which was an amazing bargain! I really love the bold spiciness to this scent plus the bottle is absolutely stunning when sitting on my dressing table! I think it's always important to have a special perfume like this that brings back good memories from the past.

I feel like this is a really popular perfume amongst us ladies as nearly everyone I know owns a bottle of Boss Orange! This is a scent that my boyfriend picked out for me and he buys it for me every year. I find it's a perfect Spring time scent as it contains notes of sweet apple and has that lovely warmth to it that I like in perfumes.

This is another one of my staple everyday perfumes that I absolutely adore! I remember finding this on Fragrance Direct and was able to get the 100ml bottle plus a roller ball version for around £40. It's lasted me absolutely ages but I am probably due to buy a new bottle very soon. I love the light fruity and floral scent that makes it a perfect everyday scent.

Marc Jacobs has some of the nicest perfumes out there, mainly due to the overly cute bottles! Dot is a young playful scent with floral and vanilla notes making this an amazing Spring/ Summer perfume. This is definitely a day time scent as it's light and fresh and will be one I'll be reaching for more in the warmer months.

I've very nearly come to the end of this beloved perfume - literally just a few sprays left! YSL's Manifesto has beautiful woody and vanilla notes making this a perfect evening scent as it's very sophisticated. I also love the oriental tone to this perfume and if it was cheaper, I would keep on repurchasing it time and time again. For now I'm going to keep it for special occasions and save up to buy a new bottle soon!

The last perfume in my collection is another one from Vera Wang called Lovestruck. As I loved my Princess so much, I thought I would give this a try when I found it in the sales. I'm not as keen on this scent and is probably the one I reach for the least. Despite having the typical floral and fruity scents I like, I think the musk element kind of brings it down for me and I find it doesn't sit that well on my skin. Such a shame as the bottle is so pretty!

I think every blogger and their dog owns the lovely Zoella's body mist - it's always good to support the fellow blogging community! Obviously body mists don't last as long as perfumes, so I prefer to use these during the summer or to take them on holiday to throw in my beach bag. As it's such a fresh fruity scent, this will be great to start wearing in the spring.

My final perfume in my collection is another body mist from Soap & Glory and is in the Orangeasm scent. This body mist is a fresh fruity scent with orange and lemon extracts. The wear time isn't very impressive and unfortunately isn't a scent that I seem to get along with - it seems a bit clinical smelling, if that makes sense! I'm sure some people will really get along with this scent, but personally it's just not for me.

So this is my current perfume and body mist collection! I think it's great to have a few perfumes on the go because it's nice to swap things up a bit, especially for different occasions and seasons. Let me know your thoughts on my collections and whether you tried any of the perfumes that I own!

January Favourite's

Hello everyone, I hope you're well! Today I thought I would do a monthly favourite's post as I don't think I've done one of these in a very long time - even before my long break! January is one of my favourite months to read "monthly favourites" posts because everyone has tried and tested all of their goodies they received at Christmas time or in the sales! Over the past few weeks I have been trying lots of new products, but only a certain few have made it into my January favourite's!

Benefit Cheeky Sweet Spot | LINK
Benefit do some of the best blushers in my opinion, so I was really excited to receive the Cheeky Sweet Spot blusher tin for Christmas! It contains 5 of Benefit's blushers and their infamous bronzer in Hoola. I've constantly been reaching for this palette when I do my makeup in the mornings as it has every shade of blusher that I could ever want! My favourites have been the Rockateur which is a gorgeous rose gold shade and Sugarbomb which has 4 different shades that you can swirl together to give a healthy glow to the cheeks! All of these blushers are long lasting and look beautiful on the skin. I know this product is now out of stock, but I would definitely recommend trying any of the blushers in full size!

Superdrug Vitamin E Leave On Moisture Mask | LINK
Being someone with very dry and sensitive skin, a good hydrating and moisturising mask is essential in my skin care routine. After being a fan of the Superdrug Vitamin E skin care line for quite some time, I decided to try out their new leave on moisture mask. What I love about this is that you can apply it to freshly cleansed skin for 5 to 10 minutes and once it's done you simply massage the excess into your skin! It's pretty much like using a super rich moisturiser that doesn't leave your skin feeling greasy or heavy. This is the perfect mask for anyone who's quite lazy with their skincare as you can just simply rub it in after using it, plus at £2.99 it's an absolute bargain!

Soap & Glory Super Colour Fabu Lipstick in "The Missing Pink" | Review | LINK
The lipstick range from Soap & Glory is pretty much my absolute favourite from the high street. Their gorgeous hydrating formula, easy to wear colours and yummy vanilla scent make them lovely to wear on a day to day basis! My favourite shade from the range and one that I've been wearing non-stop in January is "The Missing Pink" which is a beautiful light natural pink that looks beautiful with every makeup look. I highly recommend these products so definitely give them a swatch on your next Boots outing!

Toni & Guy Prep Leave In Conditioner | LINK
Having naturally dry hair means that I have to include lots of extra conditioning products to my routine to keep it healthy and soft. I heard some good reviews on the Toni & Guy Leave In Conditioner for frizzy hair and thought it would be great to use after washing to give my hair that needed moisture boost - plus having naturally curly hair means it's so prone to frizziness and I thought this would be perfect to tame that! I've been using this after every hair wash and I have definitely noticed a great improvement to how sleek my hair looks. It's much more manageable and feels a lot healthier!

Urban Decay Naked On The Run Palette | Review | LINK
My final favourite has to be the gorgeous new Urban Decay Naked On The Run palette. I've been using most of the products from this palette pretty much everyday and has always made its way into my weekend travel bag when I stay at my boyfriend's! I love that it contains everything you need to create a gorgeous makeup look so all I need to remember to pack is foundation and this! I've loved using all of the eye shadows and the eye liner and mascara are also really lovely! I haven't tried the blusher and bronzer as much as I thought I would, but I think these will work better in the summer months when I have more of a tan!

So these are a selection of products that I have really been loving this month! I would love to hear whether you've tried any of these products as well and if you like them too. Let me know your January favourite's in the comments below - I'm always on the hunt to try some new fabulous products!
